Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas Sue Seller Over Mold Infestation in $20 Million Los Angeles Mansion
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are in a legal battle with the seller of their $20 million Los Angeles mansion over a mold infestation that has forced them to vacate the property.
According to a Lawsuit filed by the couple’s trust in May 2023, the pool and spa area of the mansion began to experience problems in April 2020, including “porous waterproofing” that led to mold contamination.
The Lawsuit also alleges that a water leak appeared at the barbecue area on the deck, which damaged a portion of the interior living area below.
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas claim that the mold infestation has made the mansion “virtually unlivable” and “dangerous from a health perspective to occupy.”
They are seeking “consequential damages” from the seller, as well as reimbursement for the costs of repair and compensation for the loss of use of the property.
